Here are the details:
- We will leave the church parking lot at 8:15 a.m. If you arrive at 8:16 a.m., you will find tumbleweeds blowing through an empty parking lot. Please plan to arrive at, say, 8:00 a.m. so you will be able to "take care of things" and find a seat on the bus. <(+_+)>
- We will make a brief breakfast stop on the way to Holiday World.
- It is highly recommended that you reserve a spot for yourself and any friends you are bringing by way of the sign-up sheet on the multi-purpose room table.
- It is also recommended that you bring swim clothes if you plan on going into Splashin' Safari.
- The cost to get into Holiday World, with Kevin's special-rific coupons, is $37.95. This includes admittance into Splashin' Safari.
- Soft drinks and sunscreen are free and unlimited inside the park. Food, souvenirs, and some attractions cost extra.
- We will leave the park when it closes at 8:30 pm (Louisville time). We may make a brief stop on the way home for snackage.
- While this event is aimed at our Offbeat teens, kids 5th grade and under may attend, provided they bring their own grown-ups and bus space permits.
- Other grown-ups of the church are also welcome to go along, provided bus space permits.
- Teens will be cheerfully delivered home by Kevin or another trusted grown-up of the church.
- Students must have a 2012 Emergency/Release form on file with the church to attend.
